Most people think the Tea Party is in business to fight the liberal Democrats. I wish that was our only battle. It was the Republicans that got me involved. Kay Bailey Hutchison was due to vote on the "TARP" back in the fall of 2008. I recall that I made great effort to let her know I voted for her and was against the bill. I knew that if it passed it would just open the door for even more spending. She voted for the bill and I felt betrayed, and had no where to turn. I began hearing about a group of patriots who seemed to think like myself. They were holding a rally in downtown Dallas on April 15th, 2009. My wife and I trudged down to Dallas City Hall.
